房間乾淨整潔，泳池的滑梯好玩，早餐也不錯。整體上都挺滿意的，飲料機有點小問題，25分的幣不認也不退，紙幣沒問題。

As for someone that stays in vermilion on a regular basis for business. I would highly suggest staying at the days in instead. Pomeroy may be slightly newer and maybe even slightly nicer but the staff are in accommodating and don’t have very good customer service skills. The hotel was also noisy from both other patrons and the cleaning staff had no regard for people sleeping while cleaning rooms around you. Don’t lose sleep at Pomeroy go somewhere else.

My friend in Vermilion recommended the Pomeroy, so we stayed there. The place is spotless, the staff is amazing, the breakfast was delicious and the price is very reasonable. The beds are very comfortable and we had a great sleep. When we checked in, the young fellow told us about all the amenities, including the water slide. He also told us they have flavored waffles that are to die for. The were very good. We highly recommend The Pomeroy

Booked a two night stay to attend our son’s graduation , phoned ahead to ask for early check in but due to busy season was told not until 3:00 standard check in . Arrived at 2:50 and were abruptly told that room would not be ready for at least 30-45 min when I mentioned we phoned earlier and were told three o’clock which is the standard check in time front desk very nonchalantly said they had oil field workers checking out that are dirty … they were short staffed and that they were at capacity . Not sure why that information was relevant to relay to us . We returned at 3:50 room was ready and were informed rooms are only cleaned every three days and if we wanted housekeeping during our stay we would have to phone before 11:00 am to see if we could get housekeeping ? Never in all of our years have we had no housekeeping … rude staff at pool area … never anyone at front desk and had to hunt down housekeeping for more coffee and then told to go to front desk for more towels . Not a fan of writing negative reviews but we would definitely not stay here . We felt like an inconvenience from start to end and coming from the hospitality industry ourselves we are very forgiving .

This is by far the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. We only stayed one night but the rooms are so beautiful and spacious. The breakfast was the best I’ve ever seen at a hotel they literally have everything all the meats and different flavours of waffles and even toppings. I 100% recommend this hotel to anyone staying in vermilion!

Stayed for a hockey tournament. Internet down entire weekend. Our team came to the pool at 9:30pm after our game. Hotel staff shut pool down 20min later dispite pool hours being until 11:00pm. Stated pool was over capacity. Other team left the pool and asked staff to allow our 8 kids to stay who were only people left at the pool. Kids were begging and were so disappointed but staff would not allow them to stay. Very disappointed with the hotel staff and lack of understanding and flexibility. Staff should be monitoring numbers and ensuring everyone gets equal time. Paid full price for limited amenities. Breakfast would have been good but ran out of bread and other items. No one could have waffles as no oil for machine so waffles stuck and crumbled. Other teams were loud and running in halls but our team recieved warnings as they said they could not decipher between teams. Rooms clean and roomy but overall experience poor!!

Breakfast is good with lots of options, and a very clean dining area. Pool and in-room amenities also above many other places. I was surprised that the deposit is $400 bucks. Then room was nice, seemed like an upgrade, until I got out of the shower and got a call from the front desk that we were in the wrong room. Was called down to the office again the next day to pay a bit more (apparently they overlooked taxes??). Still the nicest place in town, and breakfast is good.

This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The staff was so friendly. The room was spacious and well equipped. Full kitchen the bed was very comfortable. The workout room was great. Breakfast was very good. I would easily stay here if ever, passing through again!
