A la recherche d’un hôtel en montagne sans l’esprit chalet, l’expérimental chalet cochait toutes les cases. Spa privatisé avec hammam, sauna et jacuzzi pendant une heure ! La décoration nous a plongé au cœur des années 70, et c’était parfait. Seul bémol, le petit déjeuner peu réapprovisionné à 9h30 mais de qualité ! Grande chambre avec balcon, belle attention pour notre anniversaire de rencontre. Personnel très sympathique.

C'est vraiment un des meilleurs hôtels à Verbier. La suite Verbier est superbe, grande salle de bain, jacuzzi sur le balcon, lit confortable. Le personnel très agréable, le petit déjeuner super, ainsi qu'un parking couvert pour votre voiture. Tout est top!

This is a nice hotel in Verbier: good location, professional staff, and great views to the Grand Combin. BUT: the hotel seems to be an old, tired place in-need of a total refurbishing. We checked into a room with malfunctioning closet doors, a broken toilet seat, and a horrendous odor. Staff kindly moved us to another room, with working closet doors, but the same (sl. less) odor. I would identify it as embedded smoke from years of wood fires or smokers in the room. But that's a guess. Breakfast was of similar calibre: bottled fruit, stale croissants, cheap loaves of bread, ordinary hot drinks. There was the option to have special order eggs. The short order chef was super-friendly, as were all of the staff. But professional , nice people can only work with what they have. And what they have is second rate.

Nous y avons séjourné une semaine avec bonheur. L'hôtel est très confortable, bien situé, mais surtout nous avons apprécié une équipe 100% formidable. On dit toujours qu'un bon patron a une bonne équipe et qu'une bonne équipe a un bon patron, alors bravo à l'équipe et bravo à leur directeur.

I spent one week skiing in March and it was a blissful experience. The highest note for the staff all gracious friendly helpful and I m including the reception the bar the spa the drivers. ..The room was very nice decorated in the known style of the experimental hotel. .. breakfast a real.treat before heading for the slopes . You have to reserve your spa but it s worth having it after a day of skiing. Really great food at the restaurant if you don't feel like going out in the evening. Highly recommended, great stay and one of the nicest staff ever encountered..

worth the expense, all was perfect, they have a shuttle to the slopes and back, buying ski pass at the hotel, dems of Nitro Snowboards, the best club in town.

Décoration originale et personnel aux petits soins. SPA sympa. Excellent petit déjeuner. Dans les gros plus, le service de navette pour aller skier. Dans les moins, parties communes parfois un peu bruyantes (musique...). L'emplacement de l'hôtel est très bien. Il y a d'excellents restaurants à proximité (moins de 5 mn à pied).
