There is no doubt that I will stay at the W Hotel again when I come to the Verbier Music Festival next year. Breakfast is something I will miss even if I live in other cities during my time in Switzerland. Very delicious. The surrounding environment of w hotel is even more intoxicating. It is very convenient to just go to the cable car. The scenery outside the room window is like a fairyland. The hotel waiters are all smiling and enthusiastic. There are free pick-up and drop-off services at the hotel when you go to nearby places. When I encountered travel and transportation problems, the front desk staff were really enthusiastic and perfect in helping me solve many problems. It was such a great stay that I could only come back again. Ha ha

The breakfast was good, the room was clean and large, and the location was very good. My children attended a winter camp in Verbier and stayed for three nights. It was very convenient for skiing.

Bel emplacement et l'hôtel est extrêmement propre. L'équipe complète du personnel est au top , agréables et professionnels afin de nous sentir heureux en vacances. Le petit déjeuner est copieux pour tenir la matinée sur les pistes. Chambre spacieuse et bien équipée avec salle de bain baignoire hôtel à la déco originale on a adoré le concept.

Verbier is truly a special place that everyone should see with their own two eyes. Its magical in so many ways. Add in the W hotel and all they have to offer and you know you will have found a skiers paradise. Coming from the states it takes alot to get to Verbier. Coming from Zurich you can take the train or car but from Geneva you have to drive. Its a long day. But the Whatever, whenever is on full display upon arrival. As a Bonvoy Platinum member the perks are seemingly endless and it is part of the American Express fine hotel brand so even more benefits. If you know, you know. Coming into the hotel seems surreal. The setting is breathtaking. The lobby has the W vibe you expect to see in a major city but with the mountain feel. The rooms have everything you could want and the giant balcony looking up the mountain you have a front row seat to paradise. Mountain luxury in every way. Fireplace. Tub. Coffee maker. Desk. Closet and beds to die for. The mountain concierge on the lobby level is a skiers dream. Ski in ski out the W Verbier is on its own level. Keep your skis and boots there, and they have a rental shop on premises with literally everything you need. Just steps from the Gondola you cannot be any closer. You will want to start your day with breakfast with views over looking the valley. This is a fantastic buffet with everything you want with a full made to order menu as well. After the ski day they have a world class spa that is incredible amd welcomed after a day of skiing. Giant indoor hot tub, steam rooms, saunas, indoor and out door pools. Cabana to lie and relax and you can order food and drinks. You will think you have died and gone to heaven. The concierge can arrange world class dining options, heli skiing or anything you desire. The people are what make a property 5 stars and from the moment you arrive that is apparent. This is the best hotel in Verbier to be sure and you will definitely be planning a trip back before you are down the mountain.

I was doing massage and I don’t like the therapist at all she don’t know how to do massage , amd anatomy and when I came for pay in reception administration ask how I like it and I say I don’t like it at all I have something to compare with and this massage therapist doesn't know anatomy at all, she became screaming and say I am very picky . I am in shock I just say my opinion and what I here from administration 🫣🫣🫣she work 20 years , and can work 40 years and still don’t know how to do massage …

Amazing stay. Best ski in ski out convenience I can imagine in Europe. Great cuisine, and great cocktails with great music in their “living room” restaurant/bar. Great spa, swimming pool, hot tub and sauna downstairs. Best “ski locker” room I’ve ever seen for changing in & out of the ski boots and wet layers of ski gear. Transfer service made getting from Geneva quite easy. Can’t thank the team enough.

Nous sommes allés en couple avec ma femme pour une première fois en 2023 et puis une seconde avec un couple d’amis en 2024. Nous en retirons que l’hôtel est magnifique, les chambres sont modernes, spacieuses et la literie confortable. Le SPA est beau, silencieux avec une impression de jamais vue. Le très gros bémol de cet hôtel est le restaurant Bô ! Une attente interminable pour le repas du soir (3h00) un manque de professionnalisme hallucinant pour une gamme et prix pareil. Manque de respect et considération de la part d’un serveur en particulier, à la limite de la malhonnêteté. Nous avons demandé du pain pour patienter en attendant les entrées à plusieurs reprises, il sait fâché puis nous a dis d’aller en cuisine pour en faire nous même si nous ne voulions pas attendre (1h00 d’attente). Conseil de séjourner dans cet hôtel sans hésitation mais de réserver un autre restaurant dans Verbier.
