Bel établissement, intérieur élégant, les chambres sont de belle taille, la literie est confortable. Le personnel est souriant et très professionnel. Le petit déjeuner varié et copieux. La situation en face de l'embarcadère pour les îles boromées est appréciable ainsi que le parking à proximité.

Bon après une réservation à l hôtel il chiostro ou un jeune stagiaire après nous avoir envoyé le mail de réservation se trompe plus de places. Ok une gentille dame nous réserve dans cet hôtel mais déception déception ne mérite même pas un 2 étoiles gobelet en plastique pour les dents un reste de bouteille de coca dans le frigidaire une odeur dégoût en entrant dans la chambre et notre vue sur le lac se résume à un mur cool chambre vraiment angoissante donc nous partons un peu plus tôt que prévu !! La gouvernante est venue et un monsieur avec nous dire mais la chambre est propre ok c’est bien mais elle doit avoir le nez vraiment bouché j’ai la nausée depuis mon arrivée !! Déception je ne le recommanderai pas du tout. Nous voyageons souvent et partageons notre expérience nous étions avant dans un hôtel 3 étoiles et bcp mieux que celui la !! Un grand BOF. 🤷♀️ et parking fermé à 25 euros par jour cool.

Unbedingt Seesicht buchen. Schöne Lage super ! Grosse Zimmer und Bdezimmer, sauber. Das Personal ist freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die vor dem Hotel tolle Seepromenade lädt zum Flanieren ein. Vis-a-vis befindet sich der Schiffssteg, wo man tolle Ausflüge nach Baveno, Stresa usw. unternehmen kann. Leider hatten wir keinen Balkon. Was das Hotel noch attraktiver machen würde, wäre eine einladendere Lobby, zB. mit einer Lounge oder Stühle für die Wartenden. Das Frühstück war gut und ausreichend.

Bellissimo hotel, in posizione fantastica. Camera tripla molto spaziosa con una grandissima terrazza con vista spettacolare sul lago. Colazione ottima e abbondante, personale molto gentile!!! Lo consiglierei sicuramente!!! Peccato starci una sola notte!!!
