Needs Some TLC
The staff was friendly, and the room was clean.
But...Cosmetically the place is bad. A lot of marks on the interior and exterior walls. They could remedy this with a fresh coat of paint on the inside and updated paint on the outside. Dirty walkways and chipped walkways need attention.

The parking lot needs paving and striping.

Eh...
The property feels neglected. The railings to the second floor are rusted and hideous--albeit safe. Stairs are a bit uneven. In the fairly comfortable room I had to deal with both the shower and sink with faucet handles that were over-tightened and difficult to turn. My shower curtain was torn, worn and moldy. Towels were gray and tattered. On the plus side the room was fairly clean and the television was new.
