Arrived and our room was ready early so they let us check in. The room was spacious and clean. No complaints there. We went down to the bar and had dinner. The food was wonderful. Salad was off the chain. Outdoor swim area was nice and clean. Great location. In/Out Burger right across the street. Downtown Ventura minutes away. I will be back.

Loved the location on the beach! I have a knee injury so it was nice to have the boardwalk to stroll around and be able to sit when needed. Rooms are clean and updated. Things to be aware of—it is very noisy when your balcony door is open. We were on the 9th floor, with a great ocean view. But the frontage road and freeway traffic was somewhat annoying. And then the Amtrak came by It was fine, but I wish I would have paid closer attention to that.

We stayed here for the Memorial Day Holiday weekend. The hotel is a beachfront property close to many restaurants and shops. Our room had a nice side and partial view of the ocean and beach. We enjoyed the live music and entertainment during our stay. We weren’t able to swim because it was a little chilly but the pool area with fire pits was nice. Overall, we would recommend this hotel to others.

I had the chance to speak to Danny Quintana, the general manager of the hotel. I was very upset with his service to his guest and his unprofessionalism. I had some checkin issues and Mr. Quintana showed no compassion to my situation. Instead, Mr. Quintana continued to yell at me and interrupted me as I was speaking. I remained calm and collected with him but Mr. Quintana was very impatient with me. It’s unfortunate I had to give this hotel a bad review because the staff is amazing and very compassionate people, for I have stayed here multiple times and enjoyed it.
