J'ai effectué deux nuits dans cet hôtel et dès l'accueil on sent le professionnalisme ainsi que le désir de mettre en confiance le client. Malheureusement, mon départ a été retardé par un incident indépendant de la volonté du personnel. Par ailleurs, je pense que la sortie du parking souterrain peut être améliorer. Je recommande cet établissement.

Réservation faite du 12 au 13 avril pour un couple. Nous avons bien coché la case petits déjeuners et le récapitulatif de la facture l'indiquait bien également. Or, arrivés sur place, on nous indique que seul le montant de la chambre a été prélevé. Nous payons donc sur place les petits déjeuners et passons sur ce premier bug. Arrivés dans la chambre, une horreur : lits non faits, draps non changés, des poils partout dans les lavabos et dans les lits, 2 lits simples au lieu d'un lit double, ménage non fait. Je précise que lorsque nous étions arrivés à l'accueil, un couple se plaignait de la même chose. Nous avons pu avoir une autre chambre mais le constat était quasi le même. Conclusion : FUYEZ !!!!! Je me demande même d'où peuvent provenir les avis positifs, si toutefois ils sont véridiques. Un message a été adressé d'au service client de Montempo dont j'attends le retour

En espérant que les autres chambres soient mieux entretenues. Le chauffage était en mode tout ou rien (bloqué sur 34°). Papier de toilette souillé (heureusement un 2eme rouleau était à disposition). Les photos ne reflètent pas la réalité ... la chambre est minuscule.
