Ce séjour à Venise a été merveilleux grâce aussi à cet appartement no4. L'accueil de l'hôte a été juste grandiose, aimable et intentionné. L'appartement correspondait totalement à la description faite. Propre, une sublime terrasse donnant sur les toits de la ville, pas de bruits la nuit, idéalement situé près du pont Rialto. Une bouteille de Prosecco nous as été offerte à l'arrivée, bien fraîche dans le frigo. L'appartement super confortable et propre. A refaire sans aucune hésitation!!! 15/10

Täydellinen asunto! Kaksi isoa makuuhuonetta, keittiö, olohuone ihanalla pikku " parvekkeella " siinä oli kiva istua ja katsella condolien menoa. Asunto oli täydellisellä paikalla.Aivan Keskustassa mutta hiljaisella kujalla.

The only thing charming about this place is the view of the rooftops of Venice. The interior of the building and the apartment had no soul, and certainly no luxury (the walls of the corridors were crumbling, among other things). At the entrance there was a nauseating smell. One positive point: the air conditioning. Even more disappointing, the welcome from Monsieur Papa was anything but friendly. We warned him of our arrival more than 48 hours in advance, then we wrote to him when we arrived at the Venice airport, an hour and a half before our arrival at the hotel, and despite this, he made us wait an hour, pretending that he had not received our messages. In addition, when we asked him for a second key, he refused. In short, a very disappointing experience in many ways.

Maurizio was a great host. He also helped me sort a surprise for my mum's birthday.
The apartment is nestled away next to a famous theatre but everything is within 10 - 15 min walking distance - EVERYTHING! The Rialto bridge and Vaporetto stop (to / from the airport) is about 5 mins away. Campo San Giacomo di Rialto which was a meeting point for a few of our tours was 5 - 7 mins away. This place is very very central.
The apartment looks exactly like the pictures and it is very spacious. There was also a working cooker and pots/pans/condiments if you did indeed want to cook.
No hesitation to recommend this place at all

The property was charming (as it says in the name!) and very convenient - we particularly liked the terrace. The owner was very helpful and friendly.
