Average hotel, not very well located, quite noisy. The breakfast was not very extensive and the beds were not super comfortable. Fortunately, the staff was quite nice and the weather was nice. The rooms were quite nicely decorated. Next time, I will stay elsewhere.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel in Venice in October 2021. We arrived before check-in time but the room was not ready. We were able to leave our bags without any problem and go out to eat. After eating we came back and everything was ready. I must say that the people at reception were super friendly at all times. They give you a map, they give you directions and recommendations about the hotel, etc. Everything was perfect. We had a newly renovated room. The room was cleaned every day we were there. The only drawback I would say is that the room did not have a TV, but who goes to Venice to watch TV haha... we didn't. The hotel is 2 minutes from the train station and 5 minutes from the bus station. There are numerous shops, supermarkets and restaurants on the same street. In 15 minutes you are in St. Mark's Square. Venice can really be explored on foot without any problem because it is not very big. I must say that the city is beautiful and its people are super friendly. Without a doubt, a city that makes you fall in love with every corner. Happy Trip

Excellent hotel and very well located in Venice. Just a few meters from the Venice train station and with easy access to vaporetto stops, making it easier to get around the city. Friendly reception and helpful with tips about the city. Good, spacious room, good bathroom.

We went in August with my mother-in-law, her daughter and a two-and-a-half-year-old child. I can't say that the service was bad, or that we weren't comfortable. But they assigned us rooms on the third floor, by stairs and without an elevator. It was dramatic to climb those floors with suitcases, the baby's stroller, and arriving in the prevailing heat was really exhausting. It is INHUMANE to accommodate two elderly people and a small child in that accommodation, on the third floor by stairs.

A very quaint hotel with easy access to the train station and a half hour walk to St Mark’s Square. It was perfect for us as a couple who only needed the basics: a bed and a bathroom which were perfectly fine. Don’t expect a luxurious stay where you can spend hours on the hotel - but in Venice why would you want to stay in the hotel any longer than to sleep?!

Fui con mi family hace 5 días y esta Hotel.lo recomiendo muchisimooo, esta super bueno. Tiene nevera , la habitacione super con una bella vista, bien cerca d todo...restaurantes. tren , vaporetto...es muy buen lugar para quedarse si visitan le Bella Venice

Stayed here for a few days whilst visiting the city. Great location- 10 min walk from the bus and train station. We arrived early so dumped our bags off and went exploring. Checked in about 1:30- room very small and looked out into a brick wall so very little natural light. Kettle provided but no tea or coffee etc and paper cups . Keep the window shutters closed or your room will be full of mosquitos ! Hotel is surrounded by shops and restaurants so no need to wander far if you don’t want to. Rialto bridge 10 mins away and vaperetto stops about 5 min walk . No food offered by the hotel but there is a communal Fridge and microwave next to the luggage room . Reception staff great and very knowledgeable.
