The apartment was located in a quiet street, yet very close to the old city and all the famous places. Quite close to the train station. The apartment was quite specious and tidy. The kitchen was small and had a dishwasher and washing machine. Small but quite convenient things were missing like napkins, paper towels, soap and shampoo and toaster. Cooking there was not convenient, better to go out for meals.

Fine settimana in famiglia, il Residence si trova in ottima posizione per visitare i luoghi più famosi e belli di Venezia e, in più, ci sono ristoranti, pasticcerie e tutto quel che può servire ad una famiglia con bambini piccoli. Unico neo, i bagni, piccoli e vecchiotti rispetto al resto dell'appartamento. E il riscaldamento: troppo troppo caldo...e non siamo riusciti a regalarlo. I

I have been in this structure between the end of May and beginning of June for our honeymoon line and with our 18 month old baby. We opted for a structure with a kitchen, in order to better manage our son. I must say that it was an excellent solution in a well-renovated and clean structure, with an excellent location for visiting Venice. In addition, the manager was very kind and very helpful in organizing trips and advising us in the best way. Congratulations and really good. Raphael.

I went to see my wife who stayed here for five days. The shower cubicle is suitable for children aged 5/10, no more. The TV is not tuned to any channel and is positioned above the sofa and not in front of it as would be logical. In the corridor there is a dangerous unmarked step. In the whole period, no cleaning or change of linen and towels was done. Impossible to find a saucepan in the kitchenette to heat water. Non-existent assistance as well as the receipt. Only positive notes: it's quiet, the bed is comfortable, the wifi works.
