Hotel Laguna Residence

The room was clean and hygienic, and the price/performance ratio was high! There are trams and buses right outside, of which the T2 and 6L lines have the most frequent departures and are the fastest to Venice! You can buy a bus ticket at the hotel front desk for 2 euros (official price seems to be 1 euro?), which allows you to take the bus unlimited times within 75 minutes (excluding bus boats)!

Ho soggiornato in questo “hotel” due notti, l’aspetto peggiore è sicuramente l’odore. C’è un odore poco gradevole in tutta la struttura dalla mattina alla sera. Colazione scarsa. L’accoglienza non è stata il massimo. Unica cosa positiva è la posizione, vicino la fermata del bus per Venezia. Altro grandissimo difetto è la pulizia. Camera sporca e puzzava di fumo. Ventola del riscaldamento che sembrava stare dentro una centrale termica e infine tavoletta del water ingiallita.

Letto molto comodo ,bagno pulito . Una nota sgradevole colazione con briosche e torte con un impasto da mio avviso e miei colleghi non buono secondo Noi.. e servizio the e caffè al bancone ...si può migliorare

The hotel is an old structure with little attention to detail. The rooms are simple, but have everything you need and seem clean. The only thing regarding cleanliness: we found a sweatshirt in the wardrobe = they didn't even open the wardrobe to clean it between one customer and another. The location of the hotel is quite convenient in Venice: there is a bus that runs every 20 minutes and takes 20 minutes. If you want to save on support while visiting Venice this is a good option (the flaw is that the last one to arrive is at 9.30pm). But be careful if you are traveling only with girls because it is not the best in safety (even if the stop is right in front of the hotel). Another thing is the noise. You can really hear everything that happens in the rooms next door, so for light sleepers it's not the best.

Absolutely avoid! Old and neglected structure even if the rooms seem clean. As often happens in Italy, despite attractive photos, in reality we find ourselves faced with structures of poor if not terrible quality and unjustified costs. 85.00 euros per night, it is a considerable sum especially if you consider that the dilapidated structure does not even include breakfast which I would have done better to avoid!!! Another note worthy of note, a constant smell of Middle Eastern or fried cuisine spread throughout the structure! The only positive note and consolation, friendly and helpful staff! Absolutely not to be repeated!
