Good location just few minutes walk to the Realto bridge and St Marks Square. Shops and restaurant everywhere once you step our the door. We def come back.

A hotel filled with rich Venice and historical vibes. Room is very small but clean. Location is walking distance about 15 min from the san Marco pier. You will need to take the ferry from the Venice railway to the pier. But hotel is quite near to main attractions innvenice

Great location, 10 mins from Rialto Vaparetto stop. Safe environment. Walking distance all around. Great restaurant nearby.

Room is extremely old. Noisy, can hear noise from street. Noise created by water pipes none stop in the midnight.

Located just in the center, the location is very convenient. The rooms are comfortable and nearby have a lot of nice restaurants and facilities.

The hotel with one of best locations close to San Marco. Breakfasts are nice and delicious. Receptionist was highly friendly. They kept our luggage and bags safe and for free while we were out in Venice before our departure.

Located on Via Specchieri, two minutes walk from San Marco, this is a cozy and comfortable hotel with comfortable rooms. It has a lift, a gym (which we didn't use) and a breakfast room, not too varied but plentiful and tasty, both sweet and savoury. They also offer free snacks which we never took advantage of, but it is interesting if you are in the area and want a snack. The double rooms have a full bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer. In the room there is a wardrobe, safe, fridge and desk, as well as a kettle and a stock of coffee and tea. Everything is impeccably clean and tidy, although there could be a plug closer to the bedside tables. In the first room we were given the air conditioning was very noisy, and they changed us without any problem to a quieter one. At reception they speak many languages, almost all the staff spoke Spanish, which made things much easier for us. They were very friendly and gave us lots of advice to make the most of our stay. One of the charming things is that you can still leave your key at reception, which adds to the bucolic feel of the hotel. There are plenty of reasonably priced restaurants and shops in the surrounding area for those close to St. Mark's Square.

The staff was very pleasant! They spoke a little Japanese! The rooms were very clean, and the Doge's Palace was only 2-3 minutes away from the hotel!

Although I informed the hotel that we would not be able to come due to death, they did not feel the need to respond, thinking that I would ask for a refund. What should we evaluate about the mentality that sees everything as money?
