Apart from other things, the service awareness of this hotel is really not good. From Rome to Florence and then to Venice, this hotel in Venice has the worst value for money. It costs more than 4,000 a night. I booked 3 nights, but there was no free bottle of mineral water in the room. I had to pay for it. This was the first time I encountered this.
Then when I called the service desk for consultation, the service staff was also indifferent and hung up the phone so quickly. Before I finished speaking, he hung up and didn't say goodbye, for fear of delaying him for a second. I was also convinced. Once can be said to be a probability, and twice is a problem of staff quality.
Secondly, if you eat in the hotel restaurant, the service fee is a bit high. I had a lunch of about 75 euros (ham slices + Italian chaos + two cups of Coke) for one person and was charged more than 90 euros in the end, which is equivalent to a service fee of about 20 euros. For your reference.
