The apartment was very well equipped, laid out and furnished - it is well located and we believe excellent value particularly if 'fully occupied' by 5. Although only 3 of us we were delighted with it as it suited our needs very well. It is almost mid way between the main water bus stop and the ferry to the main car park in the city on the side of Lido looking across to the city. 10 minute walk to excellent beaches. A great location whatever your reason for choosing it.

We stayed in the roof top garden for 3 nights, this place really made the difference between a good holiday and a fantastic one. The views are amazing, watching the cruise liners pass by, great views of Venice, beautiful sunsets, the tranquillity and space being away from the crowds of Venice. Situated on the Lido you have the best of both worlds plus it’s so easy to get into Venice, a 5 minute walk along the Lido to the vaporetto station. We never waited more than 5 minutes for a vaporetto into Venice and the journey takes no time at all. The owners were very helpful and pleasant, each morning they brought breakfast up to us, which we had on the terrace. If there are only two of you be sure to book the roof top terrace, it really is superb!

The location is excellent not far from vaporetto station and bus A takes you there of you do not prefer walking. The view from blue lagoon apartment is wonderful. You could stare the sunset every evening. Beds are nice but the pillows very flat. The apartment was advertised having air conditioning but there was only a heat pump in the hall and fans in the bedrooms. Unfortunately the heat pump did not work and the apartment was getting quite hot. Window shutters helped a bit but they do not cool the air.

A great place to stay to escape the noise and crowds of central Venice. San Marco is just 30 minutes away by foot/vaporetto. The apartment was huge, kitchen fully outfitted, great appliances, laundry machine and everything is a 5 minute walk away … grocery stores, the beach, restaurants, cafe’s or the Vaporetto station. And the view … absolutely stunning views of the lagoon! The island of Lido was beautiful as well and worth exploring. I absolutely love Venice, and if I return I’d make Lido my home base.

Stiamo soggiornando nella Roof Top Suite sul tetto dell'Hotel. Completamente in legno in stile marinaro e con tutti gli arredi come su una nave. Davvero stupendo e con vista su Venezia impagabile. Posizionato in direzione del tramonto e si riesce a vedere il Campanile di san Marco. La camera presenta un letto comodissimo ed una zona giorno con divano e tavolo da pranzo. Bagno ampio con doccia ed una terrazza molto grande equipaggiata con un tavolo ed un comodo lettino per prendere il sole, ammirare il panorama e godersi il tramonto sulla laguna. Roberto, il proprietario è molto cordiale e ti mette subito a tuo agio. Prezzo buonissimo per un sogno che non ha prezzo.

Siamo tornati qui dopo un anno e confermiamo tutto quanto di buono scritto nella scorsa recensione. Suite sul tetto con terrazza...superlativa👍 In più è stata rifatta la doccia, con una più confortevole e cambiato il letto. Quindi se già prima la camera era il Top, ora siamo ancora più alti di livello. La terrazza poi vista Venezia e tramonto vale da sola il prezzo pagato. Roberto è un ottimo padrone di casa, sempre gentile e disposto a scambiare quattro chiacchiere. Grazie di cuore...torneremo.
