La posizione è veramente strategica: a due passi dal centro e con una fermata del vaporetto vicina (molto comoda per partire). Inoltre ci sono diversi ristoranti vicini (che non ho provato personalmente) e una Coop dietro l'angolo. Le camere hanno l'essenziale, il bagno era nuovo. Gli host sono gentilissimi!

Chambre très bien située à proximité des transports bateaux. Propre, je trouve juste que ça manque de confort et de ce côté chaleureux que l'on aime retrouver après une journée passée à arpenter Venise

I liked having drinks available in room refrigerator. Very clean room and private/quiet. Close to Vaporetto and a grocery store. Downsides: no room safe, hard pillows, and better variety of breakfast items.

Rigtig godt hotel, som er fantastisk til prisen
Hotellet er beliggende tæt på vandbåd, så der er ikke langt at gå med kuffert (der er mange broer i Venedig). Desuden er der ikke langt til centrum i gåafstand.
Det er nogle rigtig søde og serviceminded hotelindehavere.
Værelserne er dejlige, og sengen er god.
Endelig er der dagligvareforretning lige i nærheden.

Good stay
Nice place. The room is bigger than it looks on the picture and we had a nice view of the someone's backyard. The owner's are nice and helpful. The only thing I did not like is that I could hear the door opening/closing and other guest in the common area. Otherwise everything was great.

Good accommodation in all aspects
Very clean, good sunshine, quiet, good sound insulation, you won't hear the sound next door.
We stayed for 8 days and slept very well at night.
The owner is very friendly and the breakfast is very good.
It is very close to the pier and the big supermarket. We took a boat from the airport and we were there in no time.
It's not far from the Venice Biennale or from shopping, it's a comfortable distance.
