The location seemed to go to Venice in about 20 minutes by tram. The tram stop is right in front. The staff were all friendly. The cleanliness was good, but all the facilities were old, and there was a bad smell in the bathroom. It seemed good except for that. Breakfast was just okay.

We stayed just one night to visit Venice. 5 min walk from the tram stop The host was extremely slow. Air conditioning in the dilapidated but functional room. Shower not pleasant because knob fixed at the top. No mixer. Impeccable cleanliness Lunch room a little sad but pleasant waitress
