The hotel is a bit far from the main pier, it takes 10 or 20 minutes to walk, and you have to wait by bus, which is not very frequent. There is a close pier but not commonly used so it is not useful. The breakfast was good and the waiters were very courteous, worthy of praise! Instead, the person who should be the owner of the house at check-in is average. Room booked for 3 days, no hot water the next morning! Take a cold shower! It's cold to sick 😑 The photos of the room are too beautiful 😅

The experience at this hotel has been extremely disappointing. We have been facing several issues since morning:
1. Wi-Fi Issues: There is no Wi-Fi signal in our room. When we reported this, we were given the standard response that a technician would only be available tomorrow, which is quite inconvenient.
2. Lighting Problems: Upon returning to our room, we found that the lights were not working. Again, the response from the staff was simply “sorry,” with no immediate action taken.
3. Poor Quality Blankets: The blankets provided are of very poor quality, resembling those found in a lodge rather than a hotel. They are mismatched in color, adding to the overall unpleasantness.
Additionally, the room size is extremely small and uncomfortable. It also seems that the staff are unwilling to listen to any complaints or feedback. I even felt a sense of discrimination in the way customers were attended to, which is unacceptable.
Based on this experience, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Please consider other options before booking here.

Decent hotel but far from everything: 40 minutes by boat from Venice, once you have taken the boat, count on a 10-minute walk to get to a two-star luxury hotel when they are selling you a 4-star hotel!!! I feel like I have been completely taken advantage of. I would have given it a 4 or 5 rating if I had been told it was a two-star hotel. I don't understand how it can get this 4-star rating

If you come to Venice for the film festival you can't find better. If you come to visit the city you have to take into account the vaporetto for every move because the Lido is a bit isolated. The hotel is not very modern but it is an acceptable 4 star. It is worth the price and I would go back

100 euros for a double room with breakfast in Venice is not bad. Clean structure, kind owners. I would suggest using the outdoor areas to have breakfast for guests. The vaporetto is within walking distance with a few minutes' walk along the seafront. I would go back
