Fair There is a very small window of opportunity to check in… And then there is virtually no service beyond noon in case there are any issues. The room was clean no issues there but this is more like renting a room instead of having a hotel and the typical services and information you would receive with one. It is also incredibly hard to locate

We have stayed here a few times over the years. It’s clean, comfortable and is in a great location. There is a coffee shop that local people use about 100 metres away and they are reasonably priced if you just want a coffee in the morning as we do. Some things have changed since our last visit, reception used to be in a nearby hotel and they are now separate which means that bag storage is no longer possible, there is a sign on reception that gives details of a few storage places in the area. The WiFi is very good. Access details were sent to us as promised and worked perfectly well. The safe didn’t work which we reported on day 1 and this wasn’t repaired, not a big deal but we like to use it when travelling as I’m sure many guests do. I would consider bringing your own toiletries as the ones provided are very small and we had to ask for replacements when used, again not a problem just an observation that may help when packing! We would happily return, the staff we met on reception in the morning of which there were three different persons were all friendly and helpful. The beds are very comfortable and with the shutters closed it’s very quiet and dark in the room.
