Good location and very helpful staff. Only gripe is that my room was cleaned even though i pressed the DND button

Good location but no lift , has to climb up 3 storey to the hotel room

The location in the Cannaregio district of Venice is very good far less crowded with tourists. The hotel is charming - we had a comfortable room. The staff are wonderful - helpful and friendly. The managers were also extremely helpful. I highly recommend this hotel!

A very beautiful hotel, Venetian style, wonderfully located next to a canal and one of the most central areas, next to the Rialto Palace. Very clean, the only drawback is the breakfast, somewhat scarce and not very varied.

The shower won't come on
