This was a wonderful property 30ft off of St Marc's square. The only downside is the noise from the alley below our window. Light sleepers may have a problem here.

This hotel is a fabulous option for your visit to Venice. It is very centrical and beautiful. It gathers the charm of the "old authentic" together with all the best in terms of modern comfort (the beds and sheets are really good). The rooms are spacious and spotless. And more than anything else, the staff is very well trained, super friendly, helpful and caring. The restaurants and bar are also a plus! Will certainly repeat!

My wife and I enjoyed two nights at 312 Piazza San Marco. Our hotel room was very clean and comfortable. The location is fantastic and very close to all main attractions. Asela was very hospitable and welcoming. He arranged quick transportation on several occasions and a tour of a Murano glass factory. We would highly recommend this hotel!

Relaxing stay, great service
What a lovely stay. The location couldn't have been more perfect. Our room was on the top floor, its smaller, but quaint. Bathroom was comfortable size. Asela was lovely, helpful, and accomodating. He made you feel so welcome! After we wandered for 20min from the taxi to the hotel, i couldn't believe how perfect the location was, it was a last minute booking and a great choice. Dont bring roller suitcases to venice. We watched everyone else struggle up and down those steps.

Hands down best hotel that me and my wife stayed at during are europ trip, not many rooms and cute place where the staff can take care of your needs, they are very help full and kind. The rooms were big and beautiful and takes you back to another time, I can't wait untill I go back.
