The reviews on trip advisor motivated us to stay for 4 nights. We booked a canal view room which was on the first floor - both the room and the bathroom was much smaller and much more basic than expected. The canal can only be seen by standing at the window and getting a glimpse by peering down. The amenity in the room was limited. We possibly were mistaken in our expectations. Our pre arrival support by the front desk and suggestions regarding our pending stay and whilst in residence was all fabulous. Hotel decor in the common areas presents well and breakfast spaces (inside and outside) are pleasant. First floor bar and common space is also very nice. Although the breakfast service was warm and very welcoming the menu choices and are ‘just’ ok. We thought the Prosecco and orange juice (self made Bellinis) is superb as is the coffee. Overall we felt our stay was middle of road given review expectations and price.

The location is perfect, conveniently located to walk everywhere in the city. The staff were kind and extremely helpful, especially Giulia. The breakfast was fantastic, served everyday with a smile and laughter. The rooms were beautiful in a renovated home. Exceptional stay.

We loved our stay at Corte Di Gabriela! The location was lovely, in a quieter area yet an easy walk or boat ride to everything. The customer service was exceptional and personal. The room was modern and spacious with excellent air conditioning, worth noting since we visited in August! And finally, the breakfast was magnificent. We are in the shaded courtyard and the food was plentiful and cooked by the owner. We felt like very welcome guests and will certainly return!

Perfect location to explore Venice from without being in the noisy, busy part of the city. Spacious well appointed room with an incredible work of art on the ceiling. We felt like we were staying in the palace. Very helpful staff and an owner who cooked us a beautiful breakfast every day!

Absolutely incredible stay at the Hotel Corte di Gabriela in Venice. Our host, Massimo, along with all of the hotel staff were so welcoming, courteous, and kind. The room was very clean and modern, and included all of the necessary amenities as well as many other small additional perks that made our stay even more special, like some delicious welcome cookies made by the chef and owner. The included breakfast exceeded all of our expectations, with an exceptional spread of juices, savory pastries, breads, tarts, jams, and made-to-order omelets. Between the knowledgeable staff, exquisite facilities, delicious breakfast, and central location - you can’t go wrong with a stay at Hotel Corte di Gabriela.
