This room was elegant very European Royal looking. The cleaning Lady that let us in was so cute and nice. And location was not far from train station no need for water taxi.

Very nice room for a couple nights in Venice, even larger than we expected. Convenient location close to the train station and lots of restaurants and cafes. We liked the canal view from the room

I'll start this review off by saying, yes this is Europe however I was unimpressed/disappointed with my stay at Palazza Venezia for the price that I payed. For starters I showed up at front and no one answered the door bell, I had to call the person from hotel who sent me check in instructions in order to be buzzed in. I did not see one employee my entire two day stay there aside from what I could discern was the maid. Air didn't work in the room after certain evening hours, mosquitos came into my room as soon as I opened windows, the location of hotel is nice near train station however although it was canal view room I wish it hasn't been. Boats pass by constantly and are very loud with their engines beeping horns at all hours, forget sleeping in. My bed was two twins pushed together and quite uncomfortable in general. No lift for your bags you will be carrying suitcase up the stairs. I could on, in summary it wasn't terrible but for the price I paid I expected a lot more, and all in all I would not stay at this hotel again.

We loved our stay and the hotel was perfectly located near the station, great restaurants and overlooking the canal. We highly recommend this hotel.
