The hotel was lovely and romantic, its an amazing location. Tip: if you're flying in, fly in during the day as it's quite a long distance to walk to if you don't get the boat in

Locanda La Corte is an intimate, friendly characterful property. Our room was beautiful and large with Canal views. Rami, the owner is so hospitable and kind he made us feel so welcome, as did all the staff. We ate dinner in the restaurant on our first night and it was the best meal of our stay in Venice. Really really good. Accompanied by Rami on base guitar! Such a wonderful evening. Breakfast is a simple but delicious buffet with the best coffee and hot chocolate. The hotel is in a quiet area but very easy to walk to the Rialto, San Marco etc and the hotel is a 10 min walk from the nearest Vaporetto stop Ospedale. Watch out for mosquitoes. We got bitten even in February- but that’s Venice, not the hotel. We will be back.

El personal de recepción fue muy amable y con disposición a ayudar, sin embargo el hotel no fue la mejor opción. Ya es una construcción vieja y las habitaciones si requieren una actualización. La regadera en el baño es MUY pequeña, el calentador de toallas estuvo todo el tiempo encendido lo que hacía el espacio muy caliente y no era posible apagarlo por qué no tenía la pieza para hacerlo y estaba extremadamente caliente el metal, pedimos apoyo pero no nos asistieron. El desayuno fue regular con productos muy basicos.
