Simple but very clean and functional room. Very well located area. Very good breakfast with helpful and smiling staff. First time in Venice and certainly not the last in the same hotel. No elevator so suitcase to carry but it is doable. Very good value for money. I recommend.

It was very good, the room was cleaned every day. The bathroom is a bit narrow but sufficient. The breakfast is very good, there is a half hour open buffet. I recommend you to go early. The staff is friendly. The air conditioning works very well. The only problem is that there is no sound insulation on the windows, so there is a lot of noise from outside at some hours. Really price performancez9/10

Very bad hotel.
It shouldn’t be for couple.
To check in you have to do it at other hotel which is 2 mins away.
Than u get keys with pin to access the property.
Very old hotel, furniture.
Receptionist had no customer service skill at all.
Location great.
I booked the hotel as surprise 40 yrs birthday party which I mentioned when I booked it.
I paid around £90 for one night included taxes, however I end up with room Nbr 24 , very old room with no view , smell of canal sewage at night is bad.
The room itself have no bathroom. I had to use the bathroom outside the room w the corridor , was scary and unsafe.
I ll ask fir full refund and apology .
Plz don’t use this hotel as its bad.
