Professional service, clean room, a bit musty in the entrance. Good breakfast. Reception and breakfast in another building. Proximity to the train station compensates for everything.

stayed for 2 nights on New Year's Eve. The location is more than convenient, next to the train station (no need to drag suitcases across bridges and streets, especially if arriving at night), and everything is within walking distance: souvenirs, cafes, grocery store and sea ferry stations. The price for this place is very good, everything nearby was much more expensive. The room was clean and very warm and dry, which is important in winter, especially in Venice. It was very comfortable. Yes, the room is modest, but in terms of price-quality ratio and convenience for traveling - ideal. If we come again, we will definitely come here. Breakfasts are quite normal (as everywhere in Italy without much choice, but it is normal to have a snack in the morning before a walk). In general, I recommend.

The location is good, right next to the Santa Lucia train station. Get off the barefoot bridge on the train station side, enter the alley on the right, walk 50 meters and you will see the hotel. It is easy to find.

I stayed at the Agli Hotel instead of Florida and was more satisfied. The elevator was small but convenient. The bathroom was clean, but I was worried about bedbugs because of the reviews.
