The room we had, they elavated a relatively small space by putting excellent attention to detail in the decorations and the amenities. From the lobby to our room the decor was beautiful and the air fresh. The cleanliness was amazing! Our bathroom spacious and beautiful. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED IT!

Our host was absolutely amazing. The very last minute we broke a piece of luggage and she was considerate enough to even tape it up for us and send us to a store where we could buy another one.

Attratti da buone recensioni (poi ho visto che l'ultima risale a 3 anni fa....) e da foto che mostravano camere pulite e ben sistemate, abbiamo prenotato questo B&B per una notte. Camera angusta, mure sporche e scrostate, bagno in cattive condizioni, servizi igienici vecchi, doccia scivolosa, niente tappetino né stuoia, solo un contenitore di bagnoschiuma appoggiato per terra, affaccio su una tettoia piena di spazzatura e mozziconi. Allego qualche foto, indubbiamente vale meno del poco che costa. Unica nota positiva la posizione, a 2 passi dal centro

Horrible. Please save your money and do not come here. While I was staying here with my family there was a water leak from the bathroom when I first arrived, we told the owners to fix the leak in the bathroom. But that did not happen as when we got back after being in the city the leak was still there. While we were sleeping the leak spilled into our room and all our belongings were damaged from the water leak. The bathroom wasn't even in the room it was in the hallway. After I called the host and he arrived I didn't even get a simple sorry. Please beware of this place.

We stayed there for 4 days and it was great! We had a private bathroom (not all the rooms have one), and the breakfast was included (we didn't expect that! a fruit, a juice and a pice of cake :)), a hairdryer, TV, extra single bed, refrigerator. There was also a shared kitchen you could find a lot of stuff in case you want to cook yourself. It was close to a bus station to the Venice direction and close to a supermarket and restaurant. The staff was sooo nice and we really enjoyed our stay there. hope to be back there and visit Venice again ＜3
