老破舊潮味，衞生間極差，窗户打開蚊子湧進，卧室設施極差，窗户外是臭水道，開窗味道撲鼻，餐廳設施差，早餐讓人難以平靜用餐，入住空調壞了，凌晨修好，不然更加糟糕！多虧店員還有笑臉相迎，否則該店不如實披露狀況，如此高價，讓入住全體遊客暴怒😡！希望攜程做好盡職評估，不可失職而助紂為虐。希望攜程不如實推薦，對我所訂酒店的糟糕境遇給予道歉！

The room is small, old, and always has an unpleasant smell. The river next to the hotel is really a sewage ditch. It smells so bad that I dare not open the window. The air conditioning is very poor. The only advantage is that it is cheap. Thinking of the price, I can only bear with it, the location is pretty good, just over 10 minutes' walk from St. Mark's Square.

Check-in and check-out were pretty quick, the hotel smelled very much of cigarette smoke, the bathroom was very small, old and not nice, when you opened the bathroom window a stench came into the bathroom from the outside, you could hear a lot through the door and walls heard, bathroom door was difficult to close and unlocked, beds were clean, location was good

This hotel is no where near a 3 star hotel, maybe in the 1930s. The rooms are horrible, there was water damage, holes in the ceiling, a down light hanging out of the bathroom ceiling over the shower with wires hanging out. If you do decide to stay here make sure you allow 30 minutes for a shower because it takes 25 minutes just to get luke warm water to dribble out of the shower. The star rating on Google is a trap, if they paid me to stay here again I wouldn't even stay here. To top it off there is a sewage smell throughout the hall way. This place needs to be closed down it's borderline uninhabitable. If I could of given this place zero stars I would of. I'll let the photos speak for themselves.

Without letting us know earlier, the A/C didnt work and now I read in previosu reviews that the A/C hasn't been working for months. The service was appaling and the staff was never friendly and ready to help. The room was smelly and the bathroom dirty. The shower didnt work and it flooded into the bedroom.
