The hotel has a very atmospheric atmosphere. You can really get lost in the corridors, but only the first couple of times, then you get used to it. The renovation is fresh, it is obvious that it was recently updated. The location is good, close to the sights. You can get there from the station by river transport, or you can walk there in 30 minutes.
The breakfasts are modest, of all the 4 hotels in Italy where we were, the poorest choice. But even here you can eat your fill: cereal, muesli, cheese, ham, jam, yogurt, croissant and drinks.
The only thing I really didn't like: there is no kettle and water in the room - this is expected, but the fact that hot tea cannot be bought even at the bar is a big minus.

I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights, it is located literally around the corner from San Marco, the room and bathroom are clean, it is quiet, warm, and the breakfast was good. They checked me in 2 hours early. I recommend it.

Excellent location very close to Plaza S. Marcos. We slept soundlessly. The receptionists were very helpful and even stored our luggage. Excellent stay. Very good.

the hotel is ideally situated for tourism purposes. the room we had was clean and tidy and everything worked. it would have been better if there was tea and coffee making facilities in the room. the room was made up each day which was nice .the breakfast was very basic and the coffee was revolting. we used the bar one evening and found the the staff rude and unhelpful . overall the stay was ok

The house is old and shabby, very scary, poor sound insulation, feels like a black shop, woke up in the middle of the night by the noise outside, dare not go out to see what's going on, the bedding is very worn out, the only thing is that the shower room is clean, the breakfast is very simple, nothing delicious

The front desk smells of sewage. But I guess it's normal considering the location and the buildings are all old.
Some rooms have stairs even if you take the elevator up, so it was difficult if you had large luggage. Even though we were young, it was difficult. It's a good hotel if you want to make it a memorable part of your trip. However, it was difficult for my parents in their 60s, so I think it may be difficult for elderly people.
