The hotel is not big but its location is superb. It is just across the river (actually the sea) from the train station, next to the barefoot bridge, and very close to the water transportation station. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the cathedral, the Governor's Palace, etc., and it takes two stops by boat plus ten minutes to walk. Venice is an old city. The facilities of the hotel cannot be very modern, so the facilities are given four stars, but there is nothing missing. The front desk is very enthusiastic to provide maps and give you detailed explanations, telling you how to play according to their experience. The breakfast is good, the American buffet is similar to the domestic four-star hotels, and the houses facing the water have a good view but are a little expensive. I recommend this hotel👍

The place is located in a spectacular location. They didn't give us a room with a view, but instead they put us in a beautiful room. The hotel staff was very attentive and friendly. They gave us a trip to Murano to see how they create pieces of glass. I would go back without hesitation.

Great location, just a five-minute walk from the station. The environment is very clean, and the accommodation is spacious with beautifully designed rooms. There is an elevator for easy access between floors, and the internet is fast and convenient. The staff’s attitude is excellent, and the breakfast is absolutely delicious! Overall, it was an outstanding stay and highly recommended!

The location and the staff are nice, about the cleanliness I understand that is hard to keep dust free such Barocco style, but the amenities are just few.

Breathtakingly beautiful hotel. We had a small room, but very nicely decorated in old Italian style. The hotel is located on the big river just next to the Rialto bridge, so in the center. Definitely recommended for couples.
