Incredible property. Booked through Amex FHR that made the experience even better. We were upgraded to a suite in a separate area of the island with a plunge pool. Positives Incredible room Incredible property which allows a daily getaway from Venice Regular boat shuttles Great breakfast buffet Nice pools both family and adult Courteous service Bonvoy app for members works great for messages Negatives One hiccup when a thunderstorm shut down rooftop dinner service. The shuttles can get really hot in warm days Both negatives are nitpicking. This is a great unique property and my family will always remember it fondly. Marriott membership + Amex FHR made us appreciate being part of both.

It’s a hard pass for us. Not worth the money. There were constant issues. This Marriott the first part of our hotel stay, and we were disappointed all around. I would give three stars, but given the price point, I have to drop it to one. We were looking forward to luxury, and while the property is lovely, the hotel itself missed repeatedly due to constant unexplained surcharges. We had multiple issues with billing, and the hotel staff kept passing it off as a communication issue. The staff member we got at checkout was a trainee, and unable to resolve it. It wasn’t at all worth the trouble. Skip it and stay somewhere else.

Wow! This place is just beautiful. From our welcome with Anastasia and all the recommendations to the beautiful grounds. The shuttle was not bad at all and runs every 30 minutes so you can plan your day around it. The infinity pool was breathtaking and hard to leave. I wish I could give more than 5 stars to the Spa! Myself and my wife got massages and wow. Miriam and Martyna I honestly can save made the whole trip. Plus you even get to enjoy their facilities after and again just wish there was more stars I could offer.
