We had a wonderful stay at Palazzo Keller, which is situated in a prime location for exploring the city. We could easily walk to all the major attractions, such as the Rialto Bridge, St. Mark's Square, and the Grand Canal. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a skylight that added a touch of charm and tranquility. The breakfast was superb, with a wide range of options to suit every taste, from fresh fruits and pastries to eggs and bacon. The coffee was especially good, smooth and aromatic. The staff was friendly and helpful, and made us feel welcome (with a welcome cake during Christmas). We would love to come back to this hotel and enjoy its hospitality again!

Very impressive entry and small foyer. ✅Reception Explained the area and showed us key things on a map. We were escorted to our rooms by the porter who explained the room services, charges for coffee and minibar etc. ✅1st afternoon Spritz in the Lord Byron bar (thanks to Carlos). A good introduction all over. Rooms ✅Big beds. Lovely pillows. ✅Bathrooms. Modern. Rain shower. ✅Excellent aircon ( quirky light switches ) ✅Breakfast. Lovely room to enjoy breakfast. Continental style breakfast mainly. A few hot options. Good selection of cereals, breads. Fruits and croissants preferred. ✅Well located. 4 minutes to water taxi. 9 Many many local restaurants and shopping. 8-9 minutes to San Marco square. It’s 5 stars certainly from me.
