Hampton Inn in Venice is a fantastic location. Very close to shops, downtown and a quick drive to the beach. We always enjoy the location. There is quick access to the bike path as well. The renovations are wonderful! The lobby, rooms on 2nd and 3rd floor have been remodeled. Construction continues on 1st floor but we did not notice any noise or disruption. The decor is light and coastal. Rooms are good size with standard furniture. The bathroom spacious as well. There are plenty of chairs in the pool and hot tub area. There are 4 balconies (2 on 2nd floor and 2 on 3rd floor) that over view the pool from the interior hallway. Previously these were available to anyone to enjoy but now you must be booked in the room type king study to gain access. Daily breakfast is as expected in Hampton Inn with many options. Staff were kind, friendly and helpful during our stay. Definitely recommend and glad to see the updates!

Construction seems to be taking a long time! The gym was not operational, and an elevator was out of order.

We stayed in a suite which was very spacious. Nice pool and hot tub. Half of the property was being renovated which made getting to and from room difficult but I expect that will be completed soon.

The hotel is very attractive with the blue nautical decor. Our room was new and comfortable. The pool was very nice too. Breakfast was decent but wish all Hampton Inns had more gluten free options. I do recommend this hotel for its quiet location.

Bed was comfortable. The new refrigerator was broken forcing us to move to another room where the refrigerator worked but the new dishwasher did not. Very rude front desk worker blames the new non working appliances on prior guests not informing them. Disappointing.

Nice place! Some areas were under repair and only 1 elevator was working. That part was a hassle but overall great place to stay with free breakfast 😋
