The price/performance ratio is very high, the hotel is clean and sanitary, and the hotel service staff is also very good. The B&B chain hotel gave me a pleasant surprise, it is cheap and affordable, and the room is not small. In short, I am very satisfied.

We arrived after check-in hours due to heavy traffic. We followed emailed instructions which did not work. Lots of other guests having issues. Eventually after an hour got in. We stayed in sister Hotel, Germany Nuremburg so much nicer. Don't waste your money. A couple with 15 month old baby turned away, as they gave their room to another guest who had dirty room. The Manager who was 16 or looked it was off duty and came down, no people skills and was very rude. Avoid this hole. We have driven 13 hours and in total shock how bad it is.

B&B Hotels have been our go to hotel since arriving in Europe. The price and proximity to our attractions / destinations have been perfect … UNTIL this stay at the Nord Artisans location. First, the lobby smelled like cigarette smoke, which was obviously from the front desk worker. Granted, he was nice. Upon arriving to our room, the sheets, floor, and bathroom seemed clean (which is why I rated them 2/5 and not a 1/5). The window was full of spider webs, one spider, and bugs. That tells me the window area had not been cleaned. I killed the bugs and we left for dinner, and upon returning, there was another bug crawling above the bed. It was one night, so I ****** it up, but I may be back to strictly Marriotts after this stay. B&B has one more opportunity with the hopes this was a one off.

In short... cleanliness isn't really their strong point... but for just one night of hit and run, you can resist. Furthermore, there were only shower towels in the room so we had to use those for our face and hands too..

Decent hotel for an overnight stay on the road! Good location, decent free parking, ability to access rooms at a later time. The sound insulation is good, the air conditioners work quietly, there is a fast food cafe like KFS nearby, there is a Thai restaurant, but you have to be in time to get there, as it is open until 22.00, the hotel has a water dispenser, and a coffee dispenser. The price is quite consistent with the quality!
