"Friendly and personal service The staff were all very friendly and helpful and no request for assistance was a problem for them. The hotel is well situated, being close to shopping, transport, and the tourist sites. We would definitely stay there again. "

This conveniently located property in Vellore has ample parking space, a good restaurant and a bar . The rooms are comfortable , housekeeping standards are good, AC works efficiently . The complimentary breakfast is good in terms of quality and quantity . We also had other meals in the restaurant- nothing exceptional but well above average in taste and hygiene. The staff are attentive and efficient - in particular restaurant staff does a very good job of attending to the requirements of the customer.

I booked Rooms for my Family friends who came from Chennai. Front office people are so good and welcoming. Rooms are new with Renovated Interiors. Good service by Housekeep Team. Restaurant Raghu and Madhan service nice. Nice welcome by Raghu for Breakfast. Bellboy Francis helped a lot while checkout time as friends family had too many luggages. Good keep it up Team.

Ambience was good and neat.Food was awesome and good Hospitality . Restroom near and clean, blankets are clean. I am happy with the stay value for money. Parking also good.Thanks alot team, I strongly suggest this place for better experience.

This property would have been a once upon a time the best. But currently, this property is an absolute let down. Old and un maintained rooms with out dated electrical and water fixtures. I the morning hours, noisy due to maintenance works. Corridors, maintenance and leaking with work in progress. Needs renovation before selling room nights.
