The hotel rooms are dirty,the beds are just thin mattresses on legs,the pillows are as flat as cardboard,and the bathrooms are about the size of a closet.Highly do not recommend if you want a good experience while in Italy.The food was the only good thing about the place.They say they’ll give you towels for the pool but it is about €3.5 per towel and the location isn’t really worth it.

We stayed for one night during a visit to the Roman castles. It offers simple but clean and organized rooms for a satisfying stay. Good breakfast, enough to start the day. In any case, recommended for an unpretentious stay at a good price

The structure is very large surrounded by greenery with swimming pool and parking. Also suitable for ceremonies, excellent cuisine with meat and fish dishes at reasonable prices. The hotel is also adjacent to the restaurant.

Three-star hotel on the lake road two km from Nemi, with ample parking. We stayed just one night during Easter week, in a triple room, number 129, essentially furnished with a view of the small swimming pool. Breakfast is served at the table, in a bright room with a large window that allows a beautiful view of the surrounding nature. It is pleasant to wake up to the chirping of birds and enjoy the splendid scenery of the suggestive countryside of the Alban Hills.

Very beautiful and particular structure. I really appreciated the variety of breakfast (also including lactose-free products) and the availability and kindness of the guy in charge of breakfast. Possibility of large free internal parking. The only flaw was the bathroom, which unfortunately we did not find very clean. Even the toilet paper roll found was almost finished, therefore already used by those who stayed before us, I too am against waste but let's say that it is a detail that could be very important for some people. And finally, still referring to the bathroom, when you take a shower (even if you close everything properly) there is a water leak outside. Perhaps it was simply a detail of our room, we stayed in 104. For the rest, it is still a structure that I would gladly return to and recommend.
