It’s okay, not the best not the worst
It was “okay” we found some children’s clothing under the couch so cleaning is probably not the best. The kitchen utensils were flimsy and not strong enough to do much with. The location is good.
Not a lot of parking either, pool is available for 1 euro per room.

We stayed in this hotel for only one night so it's hard to make any conclusions but we expected clean room, some basic equipment in the kitchen and short distance to Tatranská Lomnica and Starý Smokovec and like I said our expectations were fulfilled. You can hear your neighbors walking along your room more than you wish but it's not that bad.

this place is so beautiful . I loved staying here and my only problem is that I only stayed for 1 night , I wish I had stayed longer it is honestly so great the room was super super clean and amenities are really good .massive size rooms and bathroom was the best I've come across in a long time . loads of parking and a lovely bar /restaurant is there swell it looked amazing . as we went skiing in the tarts I found it close to the resorts and has great access and security points that make it feel safe . 5/5 *****. I will return .

The hotel room was spacious, clean, with two balconies that had a beautiful view - from one to the High Tatras and from the other to the city. The staff is nice and friendly. The food served was varied and very tasty.

Lækkert sted, men faciliteterne stemmer ikke
Dynebetrækket var beskidt da vi ankom.
Der er ikke shuttle service som lovet i beskrivelsen.
Der er ikke cykeludlejning som lovet i beskrivelsen.
Man kan heller ikke opbevare sin bagage.
Selvom der er elevator, kan den ikke tilgås med kørestol, da man skal op af trapperne først.
Pool er ikke inkluderet i opholdet, og indgangen skal betales ved pool cafeteriet.
Ellers et fint ophold, dejligt med eget køkken og værelset var i god stand.

Pokój, kuchenka i łazienka czyste , dobrze wyposażone i urządzone. Programy telewizyjne tylko narodowe. Brak dostępu do Eurosportu, Polsatu, BBC, CNN lub niemieckich. Przesympatyczna ekipa pracująca w części gastronomicznej. Obsługa recepcji sprawiała wrażenie zadowolonej z braku dostępu przez nas do internetu . Zgłaszaliśmy brak połączenia serweru internetem . W obecnych czasach hotel powinien być wyłączony z obsługi obcokrajowców.

Es handelt sich um eine schöne Anlage mit sehr grosszügig geschnittenen Zimmern mit eigener Küchenzeile. Die Ausstattung ist o.k., die Sauberkeit ist nicht immer 100%-ig. Leider hatten wir beim letzten Mal ein Problem an der Rezeption (wir haben hier öfter übernachtet) und haben gebeten, die Managerin zu sprechen. Diese sagte, dass sie frei hat und war nicht bereit, bei dem Problem zu helfen. Wir reisen ziemlich oft und so etwas haben wir noch nie zuvor erlebt. Die Dame bei der Rezeption war total frech und hat uns verbal angegriffen. Nach dieser Erfahrung würde ich es leider nicht empfehlen, in diesem Resort zu übernachten. Es sind in der Nähe viele anderen Hotels und Pensionen, wo man den Gast schätzen kann und wo die Professionalität der Angestellten absolut top ist.

Sejour agreable dans l’appartement spacieux. Parking gratuit. Wifi qui n’est pas assez puissant. Un peu de souci avec la proprete de l’appartement. Super pour les familles pour les sejours courts et longues.
