There is a large supermarket and KFC next to the hotel, it is more convenient to eat. The room is also relatively clean, but the recent road construction makes it a bit inconvenient to get in and out. When there are activities in downtown Paris, the house price is too expensive, you can consider renting a car to live here.

I had booked this hotel to attend an event at the Stade de France (not right next door, I grant you). It was one of the 4-star hotels with an affordable rate (but with an exorbitant tourist tax in IdF: Thank you Mrs. Pecresse for adding 200% additional tax to the tourist tax collected by the municipality to finance IdF Mobilités...). The event had to be cancelled by the Prefecture 1 day before and of course after the free cancellation period. The event was renewed a year later. After writing to the reception, the manager kindly agreed to renew this reservation (made on booking) with the payment on site of the difference in the price of the room. It is a nice touch. The hotel is located 10 minutes walk from the T6 stop. Its facade would need to be refreshed and access on foot easier once the work is finished. We were greeted rather coldly and unprofessionally at the reception; having checked in online thinking it would be faster. We were upgraded to a Privilege room on a high floor. The room is large, clean, quiet -as requested- and comfortable; the mini bar included and its courtesy tray. The check out was nothing like the day before: we inquired about our satisfaction and greeted politely and warmly.
