Our stay was completely unplanned so we didn’t have much expectations. However, Spa Club Bor surprised us very pleasantly. It is very clean, the food is very good and diverse, the staff was super nice and and the pool was warm and pleasant. I highly recommend this place. We will be back!

Очень дорогой отель с услугами не соответствующими этим ценам . Бассейн с мин. водой очень маленький, джакузи мелкий ( только для детей). Турецкая баня не всегда работает , финскую сауну тоже не всегда нагревают нормально. Но самое ужасное это персонал . Не профессиональный, почти никто не здоровается.На сайте написано говорят по русски - никто не говорит . Кроме горничной Эмилии которая единственная заслуживает похвалы!!! И этим руководит менеджер ( говорит по русски ) которая при первой проблеме которая у нас возникла обещала разобраться но прошел день и ничего (???)потом закрылась в своем кабинете , вызывая по очередно 3 сотрудников но не впуская меня ( ????). Такого хамского поведения я не встречала нигде ( а мы объездили очень много стран ) никому не рекомендую отдыхать там , а тем более лечиться. И никакого лечения там нет ( только массаж )

Бернер Александр(Израиль) Отдыхаем семьёй с друзьями. Гостиница уютная, очень чисто, отремонтировано, номера достаточно просторные, наполнены всем необходимым для приятного, спокойного, комфортного отдыха и проживания. Есть 2 бассейна (закрытый и открытый вне помещения), джакузи, сауна, турецкая терма, ресторан, несколько баров и пр. Прекрасный вид со всех сторон - Родопский горный массив покрытый хвойно-лисвенным лесом, а в долине, как на ладони, небольшой, но очень приятный, ухоженный город Велинград с развитой инфраструктурой, парками, заведениями на всякий вкус и потребности. Воздух, экология, везде бы такие. Персонал вежлив, доброжелателен, небольшой языковый барьер компенсируется готовностью понять и помочь. Персональная благодарность старшему менеджеру госпоже Баженовой Евгении, которая, лично помогала в организации размещения и в процессе отдыха . Буду всем друзьям и знакомым рекомендовать отдых в вашем отеле.

We spent a week in May at the hotel and really enjoyed it. All facilities you need are at place-parking always available and secured, room is normal sized and has all necessary amnesties( eclectic kettle we asked separately and received almost immediately) and great view on the Velingrad and certainly the spa. We did not use outdoor pool, weather still did hardly allow that in May, but indoor pool big enough to enjoy swimming+whirpooll+sauna+ hamam are great set to enjoy the spa along with treatments/massages provided on spot. Restaurant is different story-special thanks to chef and the staff; food was served either as buffet or by menu in dependency of number of guests in the hotel and was always great. Many thanks to kind and professional hotel team, we'd certainly be back.

It’s one of the best hotels I’ve visited in Bulgaria. Service is great, food is plenty and there is everything needed. We didn’t use any Spa services this time so I cannot give feedback about that. My husband had birthday so the reception lady helped me organize a little surprise for him and also the hotel gave him a bottle of sparkling wine as a birthday present. The only thing that was a little discomforting to me was that the water in the pool wasn’t warm enough for my taste but my 4 yo didn’t have problems with that. She stayed in the water for over an hour. Highly recommended!!!
