Hiçliğin ortasında bir yerde. Otelde ikram su yok. Odalar temiz , mini bar , cattle var. Havuzlu ama.19 da kapanıyor. Balkan turunda 1 gece kaldık ama yemek de yanmış , tuzlu köfte vardı. Et yemeyen birisi olarak muadil sordum yoktu , ilave salata istedim yoktu. Salata, 1 hamburger köfte biraz fırın patates geldi. Meşrubat ikramı güzeldi. Havuzu tarafını istemeyin gece eğlence 12de bitiyor uyuyamazsın.

Hotel moderno arredato con stile e particolarità, immerso in uno splendido giardino molto curato. Ampie camere dotate di ogni comfort, letto grande e comodissimo , moderno il bel bagno con una doccia idromassaggio e ottimi prodotti per la persona. Ottima e abbondante colazione con prodotti locali da gustare in un bel locale particolare , oppure in terrazza . Bella piscina all’aperto che si può utilizzare in qualsiasi orario , con bar e ottimo ristorante con tavoli a bordo piscina , la sera illuminata piacevolmente. Veramente ottima la cena a base di prodotti locali. Molto bella la piscina interna e la spa . Personale gentilissimo Estremamente valido il rapporto qualità/prezzo

The hotel's green areas were quite pleasant, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Overall, I was satisfied with the physical conditions. The rooms were spacious enough and provided the basic amenities I needed. However, I can't say the same for the breakfast. It was quite limited in variety and didn't meet my expectations in terms of taste. This negatively affected my overall experience during the stay. Unfortunately, the service quality was poor. The staff had insufficient English skills, and when I tried to ask for help or information, their responses were rather cold and abrupt. I expected a more understanding and friendly approach toward guests. Due to these reasons, I would not consider staying at this hotel again.

Das 5* Hotel Gardenia im Raum Skopje war unser 1. Hotel während der Rundreise Balkan. Wir waren angenehm überrascht vom Zustand des Zimmer (110). Wenn ich auch diese Teppiche nicht Markt, war augenscheinlich alles sauber. Das Bad hatte eine ebenerdige Dusche und einige Ablagemöglichkeit. Die Matraze und die Kopfkissen waren für uns genau richtig. Die ziemlich laute Pianomusik vor dem Fenster, im Garten, hörte irgendwann auf und dann war es total ruhig. Das Abendessen war in Ordnung, es hätte etwas wärmer sein können. Die Auswahl war gut. Genau das Gleiche galt fürs Frühstück. Die Brennpastetöpfchen unten den Dishes waren heute früh gar nicht an. Getränkepreise waren absolut in Ordnung, 0,5 L Bier für 4 Euro.

The hotel was cold all the time in every part. Hall for meetings and conferences, you walk through the corridors with a jacket. Dining room, spa center, massage room. Horror. During a period in December when it is -3 degrees outside. Out of 3 days of stay there was no hot water for 2 days. The breakfast was excellent both days, but the side salads that came before lunch were miserable. We only ate lettuce with 2 olives inside. Miserable, poor. The staff was very kind and accommodating to everything we asked for. I gave a rating of 2 only because of the staff. I will never go again.

Good hotel for short business trip
Nice hotel. Room was spacious but needs the floor/carpet to be cleaned. Wifi works ok, but tendancy not to get a good connection when in the room at the end of the building. Breakfast is decent.
All in all good hotel. it deserve 3-4 star maximum (not 5 star)

Estadia agradável, quarto bom, massagem no Spa muito boa, lugar tranquilo, boa piscina externa. No entanto, o hotel peca em detalhes: luz do banheiro queimada, ar condicionado com barulho estranho, porta do Box do banheiro com problema de encaixe. Atendimento no restaurante foi desleixado
