A really nice stay The rooms are basic with everything you need and they are super clean. The food and the view from the terrace are amazing. We had a fantastic dinner and breakfast at the terrace. If we haven’t had a flight to catch we would still sit there just for the view.

If you can accept, going a little away from the Granada, el Balcon de las Nieves is an excellent choice. Approx. 10 km from Granada city center, it is not far away by car and at the same time located close to the the mountains. So if you like walking or mountain biking this is an excellent choice. Also the service (which given the small size of the hotel is very personal), food and views from the hotel are excellent. I can only give my best recommendations.

El hotel es precioso y acogedor con unas espectaculares vistas de todo Granada. La atención de María del Mar de diez. Atenta en todo momento por si nos faltaba algo. Perfecto para relajarse y escapar del estrés diario disfrutando con sus vistas y la tranquilidad que hay en todo el lugar.

Very beautiful view to the mountains. The owner and the sweet cook Maria was also fantastic facillitators of this hotel. That felt like home. Very nice music in front of the fire, and not to mention the higlight of the stay the two dogs Duna and Logan that made my 2 kilo red pomchi very welcome. Believe or not Duna was very protective ind the most gentle way and made my dog feel so safe and wecome ＜3 Sadly a couple next to us left there two very anxious dogs alone for more than an hour barking for hours. I wish the staff would have thought about finding a diffrent room for them, as it seemed like the hotel was not full, and that the staff had taked action of the problem. I was the one that need it to stop it. It could also be nice to know who to call in case of they had barked the whole night. Dogs bark as a part of there nature, but leaving them right aftet the check in alone for more than an hour so anxious and loud, made the last part of our stay stressful. The owner took care of this in a very professional way.

Very good impressions - helpful staff, family atmosphere, great views. The location favors for many trails of hiking in the mountains, for which Mr. Pedro gave great recommendations, addressed my expectations, and provided with neccessary maps

The best accomodation
This was the third time we were there and it was amazing as always. Really nice rooms, views, great breakfast and dinner, super owners and the best part, their dogs!

Hotellet er et mindre hotel med ca. 10 værelser, det ligger oppe i bjergene, og der var en fantastisk udsigt, hvor man kunne kigge langt ud og se bjerge og Granada.
Hotellet har en mindre svimmingpool, som fungerede efter hensigten.
Morgenmaden var ganske fin og med en god kaffe. Vi prøvede hotellets aftenmenu og vin. Det var veltillavet mad og vinen var også god.
Det er et hundevenligt hotel, og har man hund, er den meget velkommen.
