Good location for the sea but busy road.

Noisy environment, busy road. Smell of mold in the bedroom and in the closet strong musty smell. To clean up urgently! Side bathroom lacks a light side wc, very dark. Shower too small. Very impractical kitchen area, damaged and aging furniture. Ditto frid
