Four Seasons Resort Nevis

We loved our stay at Four Seasons! Jo Ann at On the Dunes surprised us with a surprise anniversary message with our dessert! Thank you Jo Ann for making an our stay special!

for one of the three pools....I think they can do a better job with keeping the adult pool for adults. Everything else was top notch as expected.

Incredible property. We actually ended up visiting just after the GM Billy Cueto passed away, which was very sad, he had been helping us plan the trip and truly went above and beyond before we arived. You could tell he really cared.  Special shoutout to Gaman Guadagni the resort manager who stepped in and made sure everything went super smooth. He has this really calming energy and you can tell he knows how to make guests feel taken care of without being in your face. There was a small issue with an outside boat tour operatour but Gaman handled it instantly and made sure it didn’t impact the rest of our stay. He also helped organize a couple amazing dinners for us that were really unique.  Chef Danny Hurtado made one of the most memorable meals we’ve had on any island — really creative and steak cooked to perfection. We appreciated that a lot. Kendie Williams at Mango makes excellent cocktails and was just fun to talk to, and Terrencia (also at Mango) gave maybe the best service of our whole trip. So warm and professional.  I’ve been to a lot of islands in the Caribbean and honestly this one stood out. The scenery is insane. The beach, the hills, everything feels really private and untouched. The hotel itself is extremely well maintained. Maybe the best tropical hotel I’ve stayed at, and I’ve been to quite a few. Also, shout out to Liezel Roa who coordinated all our travel — taxis, charter boat, arrivals — she nailed it. Everything just worked. The resort feels both brand new and timeless at the same time. There’s just something really peaceful and elevated about it. Would absolutely recomend and hope to be back soon.

This resort is one of the nicest I’ve been to. The staff training is outstanding. They couldn’t do enough for me. I was travelling with a small baby and the staff did everything they could to accommodate us. Finding Sunbeds with shade. Ensuring all beds are in place with towels and parasol and fresh iced water ready and available. The cleanliness is five star. Public areas are cleaned to an extremely high standard. I used the pool area daily and also the beach. There’s a choice of three excellent pools. Two of which are chid friendly and exceptionally clean and safe. I have to say thank you to all the staff , however, One of the managers, Kish was especially helpful to us. Going above and beyond anything you could expect in order to make our time there special. She handled everything with professionalism and kindness. When I had a small issue regarding out sun lounger she was on hand to ensure the situation was resolved quickly. Her work at the resort should be commended. Marta was another member of staff who was on hand every day ensuring our time at the pool was enjoyable. She was always helping to find an appropriate place where the baby and I could be comfortable. I never felt like I was a bother to her. She made me feel welcome and always seemed happy to be on shift. I look forward to meeting her again. Thank you to everyone working so hard at the resort. The spa was also somewhere I spent time alone. The staff always on hand to make my time there special. I’m looking forward to returning later in the Autumn.
