Hotel and rooms were excellent. Meal in the restaurant and drinks in bar were great and delicious. Personal was attentive and friendly. Everything was excellent!

Apart from the unfriendly reception we were very satisfied with the hotel. Food, beach, pool, room, everything was great. Equally friendly bartenders, whether in the morning (Marina, Stavros) or in the evening, as well as the whole animation team (Paula, Sebastian...). You were great, thank you.

A lot of food, nice beaches, beautiful view, good services and noce people for the whole family, friends or single. Heraklion is close to the hotel. Rent a car for the trips. Reception id good, fast and nice. I recommend this hotel, food and people.

To be honest one of the best allinclusive hotels I’ve ever been. The staff and animators Ainoha and Dalin are just the best people. True relationships made and good memories also. The bartenders Albi and Olga… drinks were just perfect! About the reception, at first they gave us floor room, but bigger. That wasn’t the issue because we came back the day after to change it to sea view room and it was no problem at all. The best thing about this hotel is the sushi restaurant, we thought its ala carte once per visit, no! YOU CAN GO THERE EVERY SINGLE DAY!! The wifi was everywhere at the speed enough yo watch a Netflix and football matches. I always leave a tip at the end of a review about something that could be changed but really there isnt a thing i am disgusted by in this hotel. Advising you to go there in october, weather is still perfect and not many people around.

An excellent hotel with lots to do. The room we had was really nice with a sea view. The hotel staff were very helpful and in some cases went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. The food choices were huge. The drinks choices were great to..Overall a great place to stay. I only have one small criticism and that was that very young children after the mini disco tended to become a bit of a trip hazard during the adult entertainment..this I blame the parents for as it was obvious hotel staff tried really hard to bring them under control..lovely weather lovely location and handy for Heraklion

Once again it was an amazing holiday. All of the staff welcomed us with open arms as this was not the first visit to the hotel. There is nothing I can say but this is a worthy 5 star rating. The food is amazing I would like to say that Alex the baker makes the best bread and pizzas. The one thing I would like to say every member of staff were really friendly and professional. Once again thank you all for an amazing holiday and we will see you next September.

Voor de t****e keer in dit hotel, dit keer met mijn man en buren/vrienden. Wat was het weer fantastisch in dit hotel en ik was niet de enige die er zo over dacht. We kwamen s’nachts aan en werden warm onthaald bij de receptie door Alexander en Jannis we mochten nog eten en drinken wat we wilden. Het eten was weer fantastisch en in welk restaurant of bar je ook kwam ze behandelen je alsof gast, als vriend aan huis. De kamers werden ook elke dag schoongemaakt, bedden verschoond en je kreeg elke dag schone handdoeken zowel voor de kamer als voor het strand. Wij komen hier graag een keer terug. In 1 woord genoten.

het hele Resort voldeed aan al onze wensen, vriendelijk personeel , alles was zeer netjes onderhouden , hulpvaardig in de restaurants ,strand en zwembaden waren ook heel proper, deze vakantie was TOP . Komen zeker nog terug en raden dit Resort ten volle aan.
