Hotel and rooms were excellent. Meal in the restaurant and drinks in bar were great and delicious. Personal was attentive and friendly. Everything was excellent!

Apart from the unfriendly reception we were very satisfied with the hotel. Food, beach, pool, room, everything was great. Equally friendly bartenders, whether in the morning (Marina, Stavros) or in the evening, as well as the whole animation team (Paula, Sebastian...). You were great, thank you.

We’ve been back just over two weeks from our stay at Arina Beach and only now can I bring myself to write my thoughts. This was our first time at the hotel and I can honestly say I couldn’t fault a thing and the reviews are exactly how you’ll find it. The facilities are great but what makes this hotel special is the staff. All of them work tirelessly to make sure you feel valued and that you will have the best holiday possible. The staff in the restaurants, on reception, at the many bars and entertainment, they are all really special people. A particular shout out to Adonis, Albie, Mateo and Giannis on the bars. Mitchel, Ainoha and Enzo were amazing with our kids and also with myself and my husband chatting in the evenings. Arina Beach is a large complex but it feels almost family run. You’ll never feel like it’s too busy, there’s so much space for everyone to enjoy and the sunsets in the Asian Restaurant we’re just beautiful. I have raved about this hotel to anybody who will listen since coming home, thank you for making our holiday one of the very best we’ve had to date!

I spend one week in these hotel and I enjoy very much !!! The staff were excellent !! I love the Greek food !!! And at last I have the most relaxing massage in my life by Merry !! Thanks Merry see you the next summer !!Highly recommended . We will definitely be back!!!

We enjoyed our vacation so much. The stuff and service was perfect, they were so nice and helpful. Hotel rooms and everything was really nicely cleaned. Food and drinks were with one word excellent. We did not have any problem there and we would absolutely come back to your hotel.

Il Resort è a circa 20 minuti dall'aeroporto, cosa di per sé positiva per la fase di arrivo e partenza; tuttavia un po' fastidioso durante la permanenza, dato il continuo va e vieni di aerei. Tuttavia, la struttura ha soddisfatto le aspettative: camera accogliente e pulita, con vista sul mare; cucina internazionale con un ampia scelta di pietanze; servizio in camera e nel main restaurant impeccabile; piscine ben curate con tanto di scivoli e giochi per tutte le età; piscina interna nell'area benessere con sauna; spiaggia ben attrezzata con mare stupendo, nonostante tuttavia in alcuni tratti una quantità eccessiva di alghe e spesso un poco mosso (almeno così è stato durante il nostro soggiorno) . La formula all-inclusive poi risulta vincente e ottimale per famiglie con bambini.

We spent 11 days at Arina Beach resort and had an amazing time! We stayed in a private pool room which was everything we could have asked for and more! We really enjoyed all our meals particularly in the Asian restaurant and the A la carte restaurant. The hotel was in the perfect location as it was a short bus journey into the city centre and airport. It is also really close to a water park (water city). Also couldn't get any closer to the beach! We also had a massage with was very relaxing and thorough. It was very good value for money! As we booked directly through the hotel we also had private transfer to and from the airport. This made things very easy for us. Especially as we were tired after a very early morning flight. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. We would particularly like to mention the 2 members of staff who served us everyday at breakfast in the A La Carte restaurant. They both treated us really well and were always very welcoming! We also were made very welcome by the bar staff in the exclusive bar. Overall a fantastic holiday and would definitely return there!

This hotel is amazing and the cretan massage with Kostas was perfect. Water park was great fun, the kids loved choosing a different pool to visit every day. The service was excellent and the staff very polite and helpful. Thank you for our stay.
