The Penelope Studios has wonderful location in Kokkari, with nice breeze in summer. The most beautiful beach is nearby.

DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE! this is our 3rd visit to kokkari in samos and we always avoided this place cause the locals told us to so. this time cause of almost no availability elsewhere, we took the risk but we are now regretting this. what you see in the photos is not what you get. none of the rooms are actually sea view. rotten cooker, broken toilet seat, no room to shower, rotten iron plate holders, mold on the walls, very rude lady managing the place. When we complained she said to us " i don’t need to work. and i do this out of hobby’ . Who says that to a guest who is complaining.!! to shower you need to sit on the toilet as there is no space. fridge they said was working but it barely kept operating so none of the things we had in were cold unless you put them in the ice cooler section. *********** is doing nothing to assist us They are also useless
