The service is very good . The buffet and brekafast are very tasty The room service and the pillow cleanliness bathroom are very cleaned The swimming pool is very clean and very entertaining games we played The restaurant staff are very good and very polite . I was stayed in last 15 days but I experienced very excellent in this hotel

Manipulated Bill details were the UPI details of payment were not shown; rather some fictitious amount was shown in the Bill. When the Front Desk Staff was requested to give the correct Bill on check-out, he first informed that the system was not working . But when I insisted to give the Bill stating all the payment details against various heads he started abusing in high pitch volume in the early morning hours of 27th May 2025 with filthiest words in front of Family. Absolutely shocked and flabbergasted to receive such type of behaviors by a front desk staff. Will escalate this matter to National Consumer Forums to stop such type of nuisance.

I had a wonderful stay la paz hotel .the staff were exceptional friendly and attentive. Making me feel welcomed from the moment When I visited at the restaurant Well equipped and very comfortable I especially appreciate the thoughtful swimming area And Gym Breakfast and dinner were really awesome Mr.khokan,Mr.siddhant And had chef in the kitchen.
