The property is being renovated, that is good; but the rooms given could have been more up to date and clean. People managing are quite supportive and attentive though. Generally good, but they could improve.

Room was full of cockroaches and bedbugs. Hotel maintenance terrible. Food was terrible, they gave only one item to choose for dinner. It was overpriced. Mosquito menace as well in the dining hall. If possible please refund the amount and penalize the hotel for such ignorant maintenance. Since i arrived late night in goa, i didn't have any option rather than to stay for the night there.
