Regenta Place Vasco Goa

Well maintained place and clean rooms, good food but value for money. Love to visit again if i’m back to south goa

The Regenta Place is a new establishment in Vasco. The rooms are clean, food is good and hospitality wonderful.( Spl mention Ms Elizabeth). But.. there is always a but:) There is a delay in food services at restaurant - room cleaning gets delayed if there is a rush of check ins and some of the younger staff actually are clueless about daily stocking up tea/ coffee refills in hotel room - I am sure a bit more of training and grooming of manpower will go a long way in overall rating of this hotel.Despite the negatives I will still give them 4/5.

The best quality of this hotel are the OUTSTANDING TEAM MEMBERS.The newly appointed FOM is someone who ensures that any issues experienced by guest's is resolved immediately. I was disappointed with the Senior Management who did not appear to have time to speak to me of an issue. The most disappointing issue at this property is the WiFi which was brought to the attention of the Senior Management during a previous visit two months ago but it seems that nothing has been done to address this.

Good property. Spacious and comfortable rooms, Courteous staff, tasty food. It's a new property with ample access and paeking. Just about 2 KM from Dabolim Airport. They have an all day dining cafe on the ground floor in addition to the restaurant. Only draw back was that all rooms are no-smoking. We happened to be at this hotel only by chance, and my, what it turned out to be. We had booked a hotel where we normally stay at, but when we checked in, a suitable room was not available. The Front Office Executive at that hotel, not only provided us with a full refund, but equally recommended the Regenta Place, as it had opened newly and there were rave reviews about it. She was not wrong!!! What a Gem of a Place did we discover. From the Warm Welcome provided by the Front Office Team of Tuhin, Annu, Hazel, Elizabeth and Rupesh, and all the others, it felt that we had discovered another home in Vasco. The Property is a new one, but under the umbrella of a well-known Orchid Group. Every Team Member is professional in their demeanour towards guests and will attempt to deliver whatever the requests. The Dining Room Executives and Staff Aditya, Novel and Obad are equally outstanding, ensuring that whatever your dietary requirements are, they are fully catered to by the Great Chefs on Board led by Executive Chef Mehra, whose cooking is Par Excellence. This is such a great hotel near to Dabolim Airport, that I initially hesitated to write a review in case the place got overwhelmed and lost its charm, but on hindsight realised I would be doing it injustice by not writing about it. It is a great hotel with the Finest Team, and I hope it remain so for ever. Thank You team Regenta

It was a trip to Goa for work plus leisure from 20-28 Sep 2024. And as it was Goa, my wife and daughter also accompanied me. The Regenta Place at Vasco was a great choice as the property is new, very well maintained and located. I must mention a few names who made our stay comfortable and memorable. To start with, it was Mr Sandeep from reservations, who offered us a great deal. Ms Hazel, Ms Elizabeth and Ms Annu, from front desk, facilitated a quick check in and smooth check out. I must mention Mr Ramesh Harijan and Mr Afridi for excellent housekeeping. The security guard Mr Pallav Goswami always provided parking space for our hired car. Mr Amit from F&B offered us delicious Breakfast and Dinners. And above all, I would like to make special mention of MR AKISH from housekeeping, who was always with full of josh and enthusiasm during his daily night shift duties at House Keeping. An excellent staff and hospitality.......Keep it up.....
