This hotel is great, the view is great, the room is large and comfortable, it is very comfortable to sleep here, the service is great, the roadside parking is charged and free on holidays, this is a very good holiday place

In general the hotel was good, but half way through my stay something happened that made me uncomfortable. I went down to breakfast and when I returned I found a contractor and cleaning lady in my bathroom (I think putting tape on the shower). I wasn’t expecting this so would have preferred warning that there would be a contractor. When they left, I went into the bathroom and noticed lots of drops of blood on the floor. I phoned down to reception to ask for someone to clean it, and when the cleaning lady and the contractor came back, they proceeded to have a heated argument in front of me. I don’t speak Bulgarian so don’t know what was said. Then when they both left, I went into the bathroom but there was still drops of blood on the floor so I had to call the cleaning lady back. Finally, when it was mostly clean, she left again. I wasn’t brave enough to call her back again to fully clean it so just made sure I didn’t step on that part of the floor. The whole experience left me feeling very uncomfortable and I didn’t receive an apology or acknowledgment from the hotel, except from a brief “sorry for the inconvenience” when I rang reception initially. Shame it ruined an otherwise nice hotel experience.

Vu sur la mer, notamment si vous êtes au-dessus du 3e étage (les arbres du parc de Varna cachent un peu la vue sinon), chambre spacieuse et confortable, petit-déjeuner très complet, room-service plutôt rapide. Seul bémol, légèrement éloigné du centre ville où se trouve les magasins et qui est la partie agréable où se balader en dehors de la plage (mais Varna n'est pas très grande, 10-15min de marche et vous y êtes), mais placer à 2min de la plage donc ça compense...

Had a really good room with balcony.
Quiet and spacious.
Good location for a number of places nearby. Main centre is not too far to walk to.
Good pool and spa included for guests.
Parking can be limited, there is Blue zone out front and also Hotel car park. If you can the Blue Zone is likely cheaper, the reception staff were really helpful offering advice and sorting the parking.

Séjour en famille fantastique. Nous avions envoyé un mail avant d'arriver et nos souhaits ont été pris en compte.
Le SPA et la piscine en libre accès sont un vrai plus.
Le service de chambre est impeccable.
