Restaurant and swimming pool opens after 8. 00am. You can't have either morning swim or morning coffee before 8. 00am

Horrible property Dim lights Old AC which needs maintenance Landlines not working Food quality is poor not serving fresh food. Room has paint issues need maintenance Bedsheets, Blankets and Towels are just horrible as they were very old and dirty.

The only person made me felt okay by visiting this hotel was Krshna. The rest of staffs were friendly and not welcoming us at all. Especially the morning receptionist and bag potter Ajith. Sigh, even the guard was sleeping in the sofa at midnight. Quite worrying. Breakfast was okay

Loction is the key reason we likes it, property is nice with good room layout. Needs some renovation though.

We stayed one day only the location was good but the service was too pathetic. We asked for the water bottle they didn't serve even after reminding them of the time. When we took it from the fridge that they charged for us. So overall experience was average. We didn't like the service

2. food taste is below average
3. service is very poor and slow. we ordered one extra phulka for which they told it will take 15 mins and post 15-20min when it came it was cold. one example of how the service is there.
4. only handful of items available in the breakfast buffet.

Breakfast was very good. There are variety of options available. All rooms were sea-facing and we had a very good sunset view from the hotel
