Ottimo albergo in centro a Varese. Direttamente sulla zona pedonale del centro, è dotato di parcheggio privato. Le stanze sono confortevoli e la colazione è super.

L'hotel è in posizione centrale, comoda e facilmente raggiungibile, è dotato anche di un piccolo parcheggio interno gratuito riservato agli ospiti. La struttura esternamente si presenta molto bene, l'accoglienza e la disponibilità del personale sono molto buone. Le camere sono piccole, specialmente le quadruple molto strette e dotate di un sistema di illuminazione poco funzionale, privo di lampade da comodino. Le note più dolenti, tali da diminuire drasticamente la valutazione complessiva son o per la sala colazione situata in seminterrato. A parte la qualità dei prodotti mediocre (i cornetti erano secchi) e con una scelta scarsa, ciò che è inaccettabile è la condizione della sala: macchie di umido e muffa ovunque, ragnatele e polvere. Scarsa igiene e cura complessiva. Veramente incomprensibile per un Hotel che vanta una posizione così centrale e un'immagine esterna curata.
